During the past few years I have researched and studied what I
consider are the necessary steps for a person who is unwell, has
a chronic condition and has tried everything to get better without
much success, to improve their health. My approach requires co-ordination
with a number of professionals, as it is an integrated program
requiring understanding of the changes the body will go through
over time during the healing process and of the factors that do
contribute to ill health. I have identified six (6) steps that
I think hold the key to restoring good health. These steps should
not be done in isolation. There are other views and opinions of
course and other approaches to getting better, but this is what
I consider will be quite successful if implemented correctly.
